El Dorado Hills Chamber Establishes Political Action Committee (BACPAC)

“Formation of a Chamber PAC allows us an unprecedented opportunity to strengthen the voice of the El Dorado Hills Business Community among our elected officials,” stated El Dorado Hills Chamber of Commerce President and CEO, Debbie Manning. Under the new El Dorado Hills Chamber of Commerce Business and Community Political Action Committee (BACPAC) is able to contribute funds towards pro-business candidates and initiatives. “Chambers of Commerce across the country have found PACs to be an essential tool in advancing the business community agenda at local, state, and federal levels,” Manning added. “BACPAC will provide us with an additional forum to actively engage our legislators on the needs and concerns of our Chamber members and the El Dorado Hills business community.”

BACPAC is a bipartisan political action committee (PAC) that works to protect business-friendly interests by identifying and campaigning for pro-jobs candidates running for local and state legislative seats.  BACPAC includes support for candidates and initiatives both the state and local levels, ensuring that pro-jobs voice is heard through our region.
