United Chamber Advocacy Network (UCAN)

The El Dorado Hills Chamber of Commerce is proud to have founded the United Chamber Advocacy Network (UCAN) in 2017 along with El Dorado County, Elk Grove, Folsom, Roseville, and Rancho Cordova Chambers of Commerce.

Now ten chambers strong, the mission of UCAN is to advocate for business issues in the Greater Sacramento Region, to promote a positive business climate and to further pro-business ideas on regulations, public safety, workforce development, and housing at the state level. UCAN works to ensure our region is a vibrant and prosperous place to conduct business and live. We are committed to advancing existing business and attracting new economic opportunities though improving public policy.

Through this innovative program, local chambers of commerce have the unique opportunity to engage our own lobbyist. This support empowers chamber leaders to shape and promote a state-level policy agenda that addresses the most pressing issues for our members.
