El Dorado Hills Business Confidence Survey
The survey is a five question, multiple choice survey to measure the level of optimism among local business leaders in the community and gives a subjective measure of where the economy is going. This bi-annual survey will ask local business owners and managers how they feel about the prospects of their own companies in the year ahead and they feel about the local and national economics over the next 12 months. The survey produces valuable results, giving insight on the expected changes in employment, sales, and profit among local businesses. The responses are aggregated and scored between zero and 100. A score over 50 indicates an overall optimism about the local economy.
